Cancelations and Reschedule

A deposit fee is paid in advance to secure your chosen date. It is non-refundable. In case of Emergency the client can Reschedule, and the deposit will be transferable to another date in the event you wish to amend your booking with at least 7 days notice. Special consideration is made for maternity and newborn sessions. Sometimes "life happens" and we get sick or other unexpected events pop up at the most inconvenient of times. However, if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, we reserve the right to assess the situation and you might lose your retainer. Respectfully, we also reserve the right to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, death in the family, inclement weather, and other unforeseen events beyond our control. We will be sure to inform you of any such occurrences as soon as possible and will be sure to reschedule your session in the earliest date available. The session fee does not include RAW IMAGES; these must be purchased separately. If the client is late, the photoshoot will last the remaining time of the session.

Payments

We accept cash, and all kind of credit cards used in United States. The 6.67% State of New Jersey which is not included in the our price list. we expect you to pay the rest of the money in full the day of your photo session.

Artistic Release

Ambar Jimenez Photography will use reasonable efforts to ensure your desired Services are produced in a style and manner consistent with our current portfolio and We will try to incorporate any reasonable suggestion made by You. However, You understands and agree that: Every client is different, with different tastes, budgets, and needs; Photography services are often a subjective art and We have a unique vision, with an ever-evolving style and technique; We will use Our artistic judgment when providing Services for You, which may not include strict adherence to Client’s suggestions; Although Provider will use reasonable efforts to incorporate Client’s suggestions and desires when providing Client with the Services, Provider shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of the Services.
